For all you Beaver fans out there...

The De Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver has had a long history in New Zealand. While mainly used for aerial topdressing it has also been used for tourist flying, with for example Wanaka's Aspiring Air and Hokitika's Wilderness Wings. It has also been used on scheduled work for James Aviation on its Kinlieth-Rotorua-Tokoroa Auckland flights (http://3rdlevelnz.blogspot.com/2010/06/beavering-away-in-tokoroa.html), with Float Air on its Flying Dolphin service between Picton and Poirura Harbour and with Island Air on flights between Tauranga and Motiti Island.

The following video clip is a great tribute to a great machine!
